What this is, and what it is not

CosmoAtlas sells practice questions and study material for the Florida cosmetology exam. It is independent study material and nothing more.

CosmoAtlas is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any state agency, testing vendor, or certifying body, and it is not an approved prelicensing or continuing-education course provider. Passing anything here does not satisfy any education requirement and does not qualify you for a licence or a credential.

Questions here are written to resemble the style and weighting of the real exam. They are not real exam questions and no one here has access to the live item bank.

No guarantee of a result

No study product can promise you will pass. Nothing on this site is a prediction of your score. Where a pass guarantee is offered, it is described exactly in the refund policy and is limited to what that page says.

Your account

You can use the free parts of the site without an account. Buying requires one, because an account is what ties your access to you instead of to one browser.

You can sign in with an email address and a password, or with Google. Keep your password to yourself: anyone who can sign in to your account has your access. One account is meant for one person.

Your access

Most of what we sell is a term pass: one payment buys access for the number of days stated at purchase. A pass does not renew and there is nothing to cancel — when the days run out, access stops.

If you signed up for a monthly plan, that one is different: it renews, and your card is charged every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the manage-billing link on your access page, or by writing to the support address below and asking us to cancel it. Cancelling stops the next charge; time you have already paid for runs to its end date.

Access is tied to your account, so signing in on a new phone brings it back. The signed link issued when you paid also still works, so treat that link like a key — anyone holding it has your access. Sharing or reselling access is not permitted.

Do not scrape, bulk-download, or republish the question bank or the study guides.

Availability

The site is provided as it is, without a warranty of uninterrupted availability. If access is interrupted for a meaningful period during your pass, the remedy is an extension of your pass by at least the time lost.

Limits on our liability

This is study material. You are responsible for your own preparation, for booking and sitting your exam, and for meeting any education or licensing requirement that applies to you. We are not responsible for an exam result, a licence you do not obtain, an appointment you do not receive, or income you do not earn.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to this site or anything bought on it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute is to be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and we each agree to those courts hearing it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page is when they last changed. If a change is significant we will say so on the site rather than only editing this page quietly. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, stop using the site and write to us.
